On a serious note:
This rice is not that new. I buy it whenever I get. I really like this rice. It is little more expensive than sona masoori rice. I have found that this rice swells more when cooked. So you end up eating less. Good for overweight people like me :D
Back to what is apt for this thread (to make you laugh):
This rice is so popular that there even is fake "bullet" rice in the market! My friendly neighbourhood general stores guy was telling me this. He also told me that the producer of that rice is a big fan of bullet bikes and has many bikes with him. To counter the fake "bullet" rice, he has even started printing his son's photo on the sack :uncontrol

We do not like/use basmati rice for ghee rice and biriyani, we always use bullet rice:)
