Did you use a hardware timer or something like Magic Lantern? Also, did the battery last throughout the shooting?

Thanks Nilesh. This was at Kaas. The beauty is; ZERO post processing.
It's nature's colour as is. That's what made me spell bound. I counted myself lucky to witness such a nice view.

Awesome! Yes, nature sometimes throws up some wonders that make you drop your jaw. One similar shot I had with me with no post processing done. This was at the timber depot in Dandeli on a wonderful misty January morning --

beautiful picture that is.
It has been very foggy since yesterday here and was killing time in the freezing weather.

Brilliant ones guys! Fog and misty shots are always fun to capture.
One just needs to have persistence, because the scene changes by the second!
M35 is that a composite?

Beautiful shot.
Yesterday I got to drive via Idukki and here's the view of water catchment in Cheruthoni. Again no special effects, minor corrections only.

a couple taken yesterday: you can see a frozen over river

Thought the D7000 has a built in intervalometer, I used an external wired intervometer as i forgot how to use the inbuilt one :D
Hope everyone is doing great here ! Its been a long long time. I just thought of doing a quick update on my new body D600 to my friends here. Its an awesome camera, bang for the buck. Now 2 full frame bodies will do my routine shoots (D700 & D600). Here is a test, one of the first few images. Cam yet to hit the field :)

Had been to Coorg, the Porcupine Castle Resort – Pollibetta, last weekend on a office off-site. A few shots of the setting and rising sun.
