Thanks TG for the nice words.
I am also getting an additional LED ring flash this weekend. Lights or lack of it has always been a sore point with my extension tube + 50mm combo. Hope the lights will make shooting macros more of a pleasure rather than a challenge.
BTW, Your pictures here and on the auto-image thread are simply amazing and a true source of inspiration indeed. Thanks for sharing them here.
Beautiful shots those, as always.
An early morning shot near Kochi ! |
I am a novice when it comes to macros. Never had the dedication and carefulness. Thanks for your kind words!
I have been getting back to film on and off. Here's a scan from a Fujifilm Velvia 200 roll that I had shot on my trusted Nikon F3.

Regards,
TG.

Yes, its Gingee Fort. Nice place to visit, need a full day to see all the places inside the fort.

Nice clicks are they processed or raw images ?
Processed with "photos" for brightness, contrast and drama effect.
Anyone familiar with photo stacking to get sharper images?
Here's my first attempt shot using Nikon D7000 and Nikon 35mm 1.8.

Shot a couple of weeks ago with my lazy 55-300mm f/4.5-5..6
A couple of portraits of my wife, shot on Fujifilm ISO 400 120mm film. These are off the first roll from my recently acquired Mamiya 645 Pro Medium format film camera and 80mm f2.8 lens.

Regards,
TG.

Thanks! TG. Love the portraits and the street shot. Your compositions are always inspiring.
Here are some recent pics of my daughter in a naughty mood.
