Like any new Zoom camera buyer, I too was trying my luck with the Full moon few weeks ago. On the camera's screen I did not notice, but when I transferred to my computer and looked at the image, I was kind of surprised to see a 'peeled orange' vein-like pattern (please see at the 3-4 O'clock position a small ring with radial nerves covering the whole sphere). I am not sure if this is due to some lense interference as the camera has optical stabilizer (SONY DSC-HX300).
Requesting specialists to throw some light on this please.

The yellow eyes of a big cat. Had shared this on FB.
Focus was on its right (left to us) eye. No, it is not a melanistic cat - just some selective dodging and burning on my part.

These yellow flowers are blossoming now in almost every part of Pune. It's so nice to see the yellow colour! Not a single leaf on the tree; the whole thing is decked with only blossoms
Same is the case with pink bougainvillaea plants everywhere!
