The actual pic is much clearer & sharper, lost it all while reducing the size! :( Heres the link to the same pic:Pretty Li'l Thing! :) on Flickr - Photo Sharing!

hey xehaust! thanks man! how did you do that? i used picasa on it to sharpen the image and all it did was make the pic more grainy.

rippergo, here is another version, a bit of unsharp mark, auto level and auto color in CS2. Just took 30 seconds to do it and now it is 1/4 of the original size.

@samurai- your work on my picasa edited pic didnt produce any drastic changes- I was looking for greater saturation, contrast and deeper shadows. Xehaust's result was what i was looking for.
But still, an excellent demo of what PP is capable of.
time to try my hand at PP again. hurdles are, its too technical and too costly.
meanwhile...here is a shot from windermere, lake district,UK

Oops, sorry. I went for natural looks, anyway, no harm I suppose.:D

Nice shot buddy. I was told that so much light its higly impossible to get star trail.

Glad you liked it :)

Did it using iPhoto. It comes preinstalled with every Mac. Has a lot of options and is simple to use as well. I do love picasa too but i mostly use iPhoto.

Another HDR created using 5 images and PhotoMatix.

This time for a difference I have used tripod and manual settings without using exposure bracketing of camera.

Camera: 400D
Lens: Sigma 70-300mm DG Macro

Awesome HDR picture guyonblackbx.

I had posted this one earlier, but here it is with some editing.

EDIT: Sorry, i feel it dint qualify for this thread. Was not a good picture. Hence deleted it. Dont know what made me post it.
Guess it was the editing i did. You can see a small thumbnail in my avatar :D

Why did you go for HDR for this image? The subject is at most 3 inches wide and the light variation would be negligible.
