Amaning TG, please expalin the technicality of the shot. How did you manage those effects.

There is no extra pp work other than minor curves in that image. The image was shot with a 28mm F2 Manual focus Nikon 1973 make lens. At F/2, thats the bokeh you get, when shot against a background where the leaves and sunlight play hide and seek.

Exposure 0.001 sec (1/2000)
Aperture f/2
Focal Length 28 mm
ISO Speed 400
