i am not too aware of the term mocktail/cocktail and what's the difference, but bottle said cocktail. so i thought it must be cocktail.

on other note, yesterday being rakhi day(rakshabandhan), i managed to click a full moon with help of newly acquired 5200d tripod.

Just now shot the full moon. Hand-held shot again. Just a point and shoot attempt but with a DSLR.

The tripod was new, so just wanted to try it out. basically learn how to use it. as i have never used a tripod before. so i was panning and adjusting the camera all the while getting to know it. i have shot moon hand handled too. not a big deal.

this is the original color of the moon. its just crop to current size so i can upload here. have done nothing to this. i have another same photo if at all you want to see.

Original colour as per RAW shooting in camera is this.. WB settings also will change the colour

Well, to my eyes it has a blue color cast. The moon in your picture appears too white. To naked eyes, Moon looks a bit yellow, doesn't it?

It must be your WB settings, who's the culprit here.

I have not done any color adjustments in the picture that I've posted. Just worked on the brightness (RGB) curve, so it might have increased the saturation a little bit, but the hue is the same as that of the original RAW image.

Guys, can you suggest me a free software on the net to download for stitching pics to create a panorama.

I had put the same question a few days back in the PS thread but didnt get any reply.
