Tanvir, that shot looks magical. Great stuff. |
thanks!
Here is another one

Someone commented on one of my previous pic that it was poor at composition. Till then, I never gave a thought about that. Searched online and learned some bits and pieces on composition. I put an attempt on implementing. Please comment on these pics:
This one taken in low light condition and in b&w mode and hence grainy:
1/30, f/4.1, ISO 400.
This one taken in day light, converted to b&w in picassa and cropped:
1/200, f/8, ISO 50.
PS: Camera used is Canon A610.
Whoa great shots Tanveer :)
Btw Just a DQ you take these shots with Tripod right?
I was trying to take some close ups/macros using my sx20, here are some such pics
C&C please :)
OT:D
I was expecting these pix from Techno.

Mumbai Skyline
Here is my first attempt at Long exposures. Not very successfull as lots of wind & inexperienced photographer :)
This is non processed image, can this be enhanced?
Terrific composition. Crop it in wide angle 16:9 ratio. Thats about it. If you had RAW mode in your cam, then probably we could have brought down the highlights a bit

Dont have full res image at office so here is simple crop of the above image.
As for RAW, I am waiting for a stable build of CHDK to arrive for this model :p
