Shaju,

You're posting the photographs on the wrong thread. They need to go to the theme photography thread :P.

OT: One of my photographs got published in Bangalore Mirror today. The article is about the flickr group I hang out with on weekends. It's more of an alternate day thing, one day of the weekend with T-bhp photogs and the other day with BWS folks. So here is the link,

Congrats HW! I loved this snap when posted in this thread.

Jacs - nice orange shot.

Shaju - lovely candle shot.

HW, Congrats! :thumbs up

Sikandar Lodi's Tomb, Lodi Gardens.

Veeresh, bro your shot was amazing from the day I saw it!
Even my roomate was of the same opinion!

GS, that is an amazing shot!

GS, you are working some magic over here, share some secrets ! We are more learners here than pros. Feel free !:)

Hmm, I think Thiruvannamalai has a lot to offer in terms of street photography. Will definitely explore Gingee.

Here's the post about Gingee. BTW congrats on your pic' getting published in Bangalore Mirror.

After good 5 months of my last trip I have found time to process most of the images. From the Tungabhadra

Thanks guys. The credit goes to t-bhp as I keep telling often that I learnt more about photography here than any other photography forum! :).

Riju,
Love the sky and cloud formation in this one. Awesome shot!

@Riju
Beautiful shots coming along ! Just see to it that there is some more control over the haloing you seem to be having in those shots.

Regards,
TG.

-GS- and -RJ- simply astonishing

Can someone please recommend any "HDR for dummies" kind of resource ?

@amit
HDR Tutorial: How to create ‘High Dynamic Range’ images using Photomatix // Vanilla Days: A Liverpool Photoblog

Riju - Fantastic HDRs. Now will ya tell me how to do it ? The tutorial u gave was useless :D

HW - Congrats.

Samurai - Is this abstract ?:)

The Official non-auto Image thread-water1.jpg

@GS: Nice shot, a bit oversaturated though
@riju: Beautiful one, (last one), yes the halo needs to be eliminated as TG said

@Hw: Congrats!
@TG: I like the composition! difficult one especially moving people.

I was not contributing to this thread for a long time, and I wasn't even clicking pictures. Luckily my camera and lens had no fungus attack in the hibernation period :)

That depends on your interpretation. What made you shoot it, what does it represent?

@Samurai: Can my previous shot be classified as abstract? Except may be the little spider sitting on one of those leaves?

This one's inspired by one of TG's similar pictures.
