Yea we clicked these pics from well outside the football field. Light was really low then. IIRC, it was @ISO800, 1/60 sec.

If you mean the blackened corners of the pic, then I think its vignetting added.
Otherwise the background looks pretty simple to me.

Background is a plain wall with vignetting effect.

The bird was checking out my 14-24 f2.8 Lens. When it looked at the lens, I think it saw its own reflection. It was very curious to check it out. The interesting thing was, that it did not try to peck or act aggressively in any manner. It kept dancing from side to side and following me. Was a unique experience. All this when I am about 5 inches away from it!

And no I was not looking towards the sky.I was looking at the bird, that too through the view finder!
Regards,
TG.

@RJ - great pic "a view of New York", like the buliding being covered by the clouds. Would be nice to have a view from there. Waiting for more pics.

D60 is a blank viewfinder with just the 3 focus points.

Hey Shaju:

View finder or not, thephotograph came to be really well. Just wondering if there is rule of fourths. D90 has got four vertical and four hirizental line on the view finder but three lines horizental and vertical in Live view. Strange!

Any comments on this? Guru's, newbies, anyone?

Mukul Soman=TG!
If you see his automotive pictures on his website then you'll come to know that it is his car that he clicks quite so often and posts in the auto-image thread section!
