Re: Smartwatch vs Analog watch | Your preference?

I have voted traditional. I love analogue watches, period. Being a surgeon, I cannot wear a watch in surgery and in Op. I wear a watch for hardly 4 hours a day due to my job restraints. I have nothing against smartwatches but my rationale is if you can't wear it for a decent duration, it is not useful

Re: Smartwatch vs Analog watch | Your preference?

Voted traditional. My beloved Orient Ray 2 and Casio G5600E are so versatile and practical that I cannot even think of a wearable gadget that requires charging every other day.

I do use a fitness band (Mi band 6) to gamify my workout sessions and that's where it ends. Tried to make it my daily beater a couple of times, but the tap to wake/rotate wrist to wake is just not for me. Maybe an AMOLED watch with AOD and 30 days battery life combined with G-Shock like toughness will launch someday. Till then, it's traditional for me.

Wrist check time!
