I have the asus eepc with extended battery. Superb battery life and does not heat up. Very good for surfing and other lightweight usage. Keyboard is not easy to use like the regular computer. I wish there were dedicated page-up/down keys.

For some reason the keyboard developed some problem (top two rows of keys gone bit crazy probably due to my kid banging it etc) took it to service, got the keyboard replaced for Rs 750, back to normal in less than 30min. Fastest authorized service I have experienced. And very cheap. I had to pay Rs 1350 and wait for two weeks to get my entry level Rs 4000 nokia phone keypad replaced (water fell on it) recently.
