IF I were to recommend among the 3, it would be w700i.
Quick update, thanks for all your inputs guys, settled on the 6300 because of the weight, thickness & excellent display (16m colors as against the usual 256k) amongst other things.

Now guys, need your help again......suggest a phone in the 6.5 to 8.5k range that has a good camera, bluetooth, USB, reasonable internal memory & card slot and good music player. Obviously lightweight & good looks would be an added advantage (for a teenager)

Suman.. also have a look at Nokia 6233. Its fully loaded 2 megapixel camera, stereo speakers (awesome one's), VGA resolution video recording, memory card slot, 3G, Mp3 player with A2DP support, Infrared, 320X240 resolution color screen (same as 6300 but with 262k colors) et all... its not very flashy and a bit over the budget at 9k exact!
Have a look.

You get HTC phones under the name of DOPOD in India. Most of the new models are available. I just bought the C800 an hour ago

not only Dopod but also Imate, O2, Krome and t-mobile(import pieces).

But the new HTC models are purely available as HTC only.
