File an FIR and give the FIR to the mobile operators with your IMEI number. Hopefully they can help you get the mobile back.
My brother lost E72 a week back and cops are looking for it. They even caught a guy but it wasn't my bro's E72. lol:
After a lot of confusion on which phone to buy and revising budget multiple time, got Samsung Wave this weekend. So far im impressed though it gets heated up while playing NFS
yet to explore gps etc. Display is really good
Attaching 2 screen shots.
One issue im facing- unable to connect thru gprs.Any help?
Note: never used mobile for browsing before stupid:
Congrats on the wave Rajesh. Your photos from the mobile phone is great. Let us have more report on your wave. What is the cost of your wave. I am waiting for your further report on its cons and pros to go for it or not.
Thanks Navan. Im yet to explore all features for lack of time. And when im back home and feels to check out, ends up playing NFS :)
It costed 17.8K from Samsung store. I had to hunt for this in many stores like mobilestore, sangeetha etc. no body had stock. Samsung guys were not ready for too much of bargain. they quoted 18k initially. I was also in a hurry as i will be free again only after a week.
Till now im yet to find a solution on how to connect. Will be able to give a proper review after that.
Guys
I am facing a problem with my mobile's keypad.
The "#" key is not functioning properly. Sometimes while SMSing when I need to leave a space and press the # key, it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't 1 in five times it doesn't. Plus, on stand by, when I keep it pressed to activate silent mode, I see two or three hashes like- ## or ###.
I have to press the key really hard to make it work correctly.

I don't think that those photos were taken from the Wave's camera.
Looks like a pre-loaded wallpaper. Am I correct ?
Rohan
yes,it is a screen shot as i have mentioned in my post
Guys i am unable to decide what to go for, Wave or HTC Wildfire. Both are almost similar on features front.Big difference comes on display and processor part, keeping aside the OS.Any suggestions what would be better?

If you remove the OS, there is no comparision at all coz the Wave is much superior. The Wave has a Super AMOLED screen whereas the HTC has only an LCD screen. The Wave has a 1 GHZ processor and a very fast GPU while the wildfire has only a 528MHz processor. The Wave even has a better battery which combined with the Super AMOLED which consumes lesser battery means it will last longer. The only advantage that the Wildfire has is that it has Android 2.1 which means access to a lot of apps while the Wave has lesser apps and it will take some time for the platform to take off.
Can someone help me find a dealer who is selling HTC desire in Bangalore? Thank you in advance! :)
EDIT: I know it's not launched and I am Ok buying a grey piece. I'd have easily bought the legend if not for the resolution :(.

Thanks NewPunter, as you said the only advantage with HTC is Android 2.1(which means lots of apps), even i was very much inclined towards Wave. With 1 million already sold and as Samsung is coming out with Wave 2 and Wave Pro, i think they are serious with Bada Os.I read somewhere they are planning to take apps library to 7000 from current 700 by year end.So finally it will be Wave for me.

Really nice handset, congrats. :)
Could you please answer some queries:
1. How is the response of the capacitive touch screen ? Is it similar to iphone ?
2. Can we use stylus with this ? Is it easy to operate without the stylus, especially when using QWERTY keypad and maps ?
3. Can we put a scratch guard on this ?

AFAIK the X6 doesn't ship with a stylus. Also a capacitive touchscreen requires a conductive stylus. Traditional stylus that works with resistive touchscreens won't work with capacitive ones.
I compared 5800, X6 and Wave side by side @ HyperCity and I would rate them as following in terms of responsiveness.
1. Wave
2. X6
3. 5800 (being a resistive one)
Bought a Wave, must say is a good phone, display is dream.AFA responsiveness is concerned it is among the best,Touchwiz 3.0 Ui is very good ( people say HTC touch sense is better, but i felt this is was).Nokia somehow hasn't really mastered the touch Ui
as Samsung\HTC.Lets see how Nokia N8 turns up...expected to be a cracker.
