To order Nexus 5 on play store, should I go to Play store via browser on laptop?

Ordered from desktop browser.

If you want to buy it from phone, you have to go to playstore from browser. It will throw a popup to use playstore app, ignore it and continue to the playstore on the browser.

It does not show up on my Nexus 4 play store either. However, came up on the laptop without a hitch. Try that.

On adding it to the cart and proceeding to payment option it shows that it accepts all credit and debit cards. Am just waiting for my local shop guy to confirm if he will be getting any stock. Yes, you are right. 4.3 update was seeping in USA form Sept 3rd week. HTC INDIA started the 4.3 update for HTC ONE phones bought in India from 18th Nov.

Tasker Question -

I am trying to set up a dashcam sort of a system using my Gnex. While in car I use Torque extensively. So, I have created a profile which launches Secret Video Recorder (to record video in background) when Torque starts and stops it when Torque exits. Problem with this setup is video is recorded to a single file. I want it to record in segments of say 5-10 mins. The recording app doesn't have this option. Any ideas how to achieve this through tasker?

Basically, how to stop and start the recording app while Torque Pro is running every 5 mins?

I have a question related to Rooting & Root Access.

I am currently using Samsung Galaxy S Advance. I have learnt and found out the way to root the device. Now i need to know is, Main benefits of rooting apart from custom roms?

1. Can i remove all the unwanted samsung blaotware? How?
2. I hate the touch wiz launcher. I am currently using the Nova Launcher, with root access can i get rid of Touch Wiz? Someone told me even with Nova in use, TW is still occupying the memory space?
3. What are the other suggestions to have my phone work more smoothly? It lags like nothing i have ever seen. My sister's Galaxy ACE lags lot less than this.

Initially i thought only my S advance lagged, but we have 3 of these in friends & family and all complaining same. And none are "power users"

Ans: Use Titanium Backup to uninstall/freeze the bloatware

Ans: Touchwiz home can be frozen/uninstalled. However I think only the current Home application is loaded in RAM.

Ans: Use Greenify and hibernate all apps running in background. Clear the cache/dalvik and give it a fresh start.

Answers added in the quote itself. Once rooted, you can play around with various CWM and Custom ROM's to find the right one.
