One has to select at least one out of two insurance add-on options before adding to cart. |

Thank you, you are absolutely right, and I was being stupid. There is an "add to cart" button under the add-ins.
This one insists that one be selected. <I'm Stupid>
Because it is for the add-ins. :Frustrati
There is a big bright Add-To-Cart button elsewhere that works fine without any add-ins.
Sorry for the misleading previous post.
Ha Ha, today's rant is that the price has gone up.
Hi everyone
I'm getting a slightly used (nov 2022) pixel 6a on olx for about 21k. Wanted to know from fellow pixel 6a users how the phone is in terms of battery and overall performance. Also if it is advisable to buy a used phone. My current phone is the original OnePlus Nord (8/128).

Pixel 6a is an overall good phone! Pure android experience. Camera is decent. Battery with normal usage last around 1.5 days.
Screen is 6.14 inch, bit smaller than standard 6.5 inch phones.

Does 'continued conversation' feature of Google assistant work on your Pixel ?
I have a Pixel 7 and when I ask first question to assistant , mic is not opening for a follow-up question.
Not sure what is wrong. Also , I dont see any toggle in settings to turn it on/off for Phone.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Slightly OT. I just noticed a digit '6' on the Wifi icon on the notifications bar. I am connected on my office Wifi network. What does it mean?

It does work on my 4a, but can get iffy sometimes. The active mic indicator (pulsating colorful bar at the bottom) is supposed to come on and stay for a few seconds after previous question has been answered, but it's inconsistent.
After the March 2023 monthly update, even the 'Hey Google' trigger has been iffy (esp. from lockscreen), while swiping from a bottom corner works fine.
Google is like BSNL in many ways. Mind of its own :)
The Galaxy S23 (vanilla) is enticing me, the trade-in offer for my OP 8Pro also looks good at around 25k, and the total damage to the pocket after the HDFC card discount is Rs.47,289/- it seems. Ideally, I would like to keep the OP8 Pro for one more year, but it's just an itch I am considering scratching.
But I am worried about the battery issues with the Samsung phones, I have seen Arun's video (Mrwhostheboss) a while back and would like to know whether any bhpian who is using a Galaxy S series mobile from say 2020 has faced the battery bulging issue.

If I remember correctly the issue mentioned was about some Samsung phones kept in storage unused.
S23 is a pretty good device, and unlike the S22, it can go through the whole day without any fuss.

Usually it is more economical to buy the last year's Samsung flagship, but this time, I see that the S22 has not dropped prices very much. And the S23 has enough offers to make the S22 seem more expensive.
But the sad part is, these devices lose value in the used market pretty quick which makes spending 50K+ on them unwise.
I bought the Samsung S23 overseas, for my wife. Fantastic phone. Got Buds2 Pro, 2 year Samsung care free

I had an old A series phone lying around which I checked post Arun's video. He is correct. The battery was swollen and the back had a bulge. Charging this phone regularly now.

It may NOT be a good idea to charge a bulged battery.
Hi friends,
I am in the market for a new Android handset. I am currently using Asus Max Pro M1 (6GB), which has served me well for 4+ years. The phone is still working flawlessly (being a stock Android), except that the battery has become weak.
I am really out of touch with the current models, hence need your help. Please suggest some good (popular) models (from reputed brands) based on my budget and requirements.
My budget is around 20k and the requirements are:
1. Dual SIM with 5G support
2. Good cameras (including low light performance)
3. Good battery capacity and fast charging
4. Stock Android preferred
5. Snapdragon processor preferred
6. 6GB RAM and 128GB storage minimum (with memory card support)
7. Water and dust resistant preferred
8. 3.5mm Jack mandatory
