Thanks! That helps... You got it with ICS pre-installed I presume. Is it becoming slower and slower with use? Do you know whether Sony will give JB update?
yeah i got it with Ics.
it was smooth but had minor bugs.
tipo won't get official JB update.
I've flashed CM10 on my phone, its a JB based ROM. check the last post on my thread.

45,990 rs? What is HTC smoking here? I never understood HTC's retarded pricing in India :Frustrati. This phone is available on contract, on Verizon in the US, on Amazon, for $99. Unlocked price is $599. The Verizon version, while being CDMA, also works on GSM networks.

Dose anyone own a Galaxy Grand Duos here on team-bhp?
I am awaiting for feedback
Recently needed a new Android Phone, After lot of struggle was not able to find Micromax A110 (Canvas2) at decent price, Canvas2 which normally retailed at Rs.9800 was now selling for 13.5K, insane premium amount.
After a week of research and feedback from a couple of guys using my next preferred Budget phone, I bought "Lava Iris501" a 1GHz dual core 5 Incher Beast.
For 9K, this is the Best Budget Android Device one could have,
rooted the phone in first 5 mins of reaching home and I am happy with the speed and performance.
Games are smooth, and my other apps works too well.
Screen is good and very responsive and sensors work fine on this ICS Device.
Battery is 2300mAh and lives all day long with lots of surfing and app usage.
Camera is 5MP and gives acceptable results, however 720p video recording is a added advantage.
For anybody looking for dual-SIM Android Device should certainly consider looking at it.
here are few pics.

Quick question, Where do you get these discount codes from?

They are in the weekly promotional mails from ebay.in , If you have done some purchases in past generally they send codes for similar catagories / price points.
A quick way to get a discount mail is to browse few items, that add some item in your cart then remove it next day. Ebay system is designed to find patterns in user behavior it will generate an alert that user was interested in the perticular item but backed off and to entice it will send a coupen code.
I have observed a definative pattern in receiving these codes , If I do not make any purchase for 1-2 months I get codes for 1-2K rupees benifit but once I make a purchase for next 1-2 months I get smaller amount coupnes like 199rs /299rs etc.
My earlier big ticket purchases were on CC with 0% interest 3 EMIs so probably to entice my for doing full pament probably system started sending these offeres for last 2/3 months.
Can People with 5 inch and above screen Android device running ICS check if they get
a incompatible Device error when trying to Install "
HDFCBANK Mobile Banking" from Playstore ?
Seem like there was a bug in Android 4.x.x and one need to modify playstore App DPI but that would not be possible for non-rooted users, so I am sure HDFC would come up with some other solution.
Already notified the Bank but they would need to re-produce the error to be able to fix it.
