Looks like they have seen lot of talks already going on about the NEXA in this thread. So they maybe fearing that the excitement about the new showrooms may cool down before they officially unveil all the showrooms on one particulate set date, thus removed logo now and will put it back on the unveiling day.

Maybe they unveil/launch the new SUV in the Nexa itself on the unveiling day.

If above is indeed what Maruti is thinking, then looks like the wait for S Cross is not going to end anytime soon.

Initial reports indicated that it would be introduced in the Q1, that got pushed to mid 2015 and now early Q3! And if that was not enough now a new dependency of exclusive showrooms surfaced.

My service advisor indicated that the car would be unvieled after the IIFA awards go on air this weekend. I was quite hopeful to see it in flesh and bones next week but guess that not going to happen. Kudos to Hyundai to manage to pull up the launch and also managing the expectations of its followers in the manner that the craze for the car is still intact.

Today's local newspaper featured an advertisement for hiring for NEXA outlets.

Now Ranchi is by no means a Metropolitan city. No doubt the economy here is literally on a boom, still I doubt if it can even be counted as a Tier-II city. If NEXA outlet is coming here, then atleast one thing is sure-They'll bring these NEXA showrooms in ATLEAST all state capitals

Maruti-Suzuki India Limited has showcased the premium design theme of the NEXA showrooms through a miniature, fully mobile model.

Maruti-Suzuki's NEXA outlets will cater to the premium segment of customers who walk in to buy the Ciaz, S-Cross, the upcoming YRA/Fronx hatchback, etc. Maruti has announced that by the end of this fiscal, it will set up more than 100 Nexa dealerships in over 30 cities across the country.

To begin with, the facade of the showrooms will have a typical global design with glass walls. Though dealers will own and run the place, only Maruti Suzuki Nexa branding will be displayed prominently on a black background.

The well appointed interiors get an understated yet premium while and black color theme. Modern lighting systems add to the ambiance. The outlets will have wall mounted displays which will be connected to iPads from which a car’s salient features can be explained or it can be compared with the competition.

Every customer will have a personal relationship manager who will aid throughout the buying process. The personal relationship manager will continue to be the single point contact even for after sales service requirements throughout the entire duration of ownership.

Maruti says that there is a sizable number of young customers who would like to shop at Nexa. The automaker says that target customers are the ones who have achieved success early in live, are increasingly global citizens, well traveled, well read, digitally savvy and avid users of contemporary technologies.

Nexa outlets will be manned by highly experienced personals from the premium sector. Maruti have recruited personnel from hospitality industry and salesmen from luxury car brands.

S Cross will be the first car to be sold through its Nexa outlets. Ciaz will most likely continue to be sold though its existing network.

When asked if the company would also start selling Ciaz from the Nexa network, Kalsi said "as of now the model will continue to be sold at the existing network".

The company that has set a target of selling two million units annually by 2020 with around 25 models, expects the Nexa network to contribute a significant amount to its sales and will open 100 dealerships under it in 30 cities by the end of ongoing fiscal.

In an article with times of India, Mr. Kalsi said that Nexa will have models with price around 10 lacs. If Fronx is to be sold at Nexa, that's not good news. I doubt Fronx will be sold at Nexa.
