Yes, it is hexa but with shorter overhangs to look like proper SUV rather than MUV.

Pardon my ignorance, but that last picture - isn't that a switch for adaptive suspension? The Aria does not have it, does it?

It is a miniaturized version of LR's Terrain Response system. Doesn't look like adaptive suspension, it only controls the 4WD system.

Aria only had 4x4 and 4x2 toggle switch.

Adding to the sportiness of the vehicle, the company has used stylized machine-cut 19” alloy wheels and a floating roof accentuated by cladding on the D pillar.

Re: Tata Hexa @ Geneva Motor Show 2015. An Aria-based Crossover!

They are again positioning it as a "premium" SUV ? I thought that was one reason for failure last time. If SUV, people expect a body like one.

I think they should have positioned it as a MUV and competed against the Innova by offering value.

Re: Tata Hexa @ Geneva Motor Show 2015. An Aria-based Crossover!

why again this grill and head lamp style. When TATA is getting a new vehicle, could have changed these unless HEXA is based on ARIA platform and they plan to use maximum of the dyes from ARIA.

Hexa in flesh is no less than the renders we have seen over time. The black finish images released are a stunner. With all the variable dynamic suspension setups and premium interiors, the pricing might reach 20L plus. Sincerely hope Tata dont do that blunder to have this to compete with fortuner and endeavour. I hope they are going to project in the same segment as XUV and innova.

If this is anyway around 17L OTR i for sure am booking the black one 😁

Re: Tata Hexa @ Geneva Motor Show 2015. An Aria-based Crossover!

Mod Note: Our Hexa Report has been taken live at this link. Please continue the discussion over on the new thread. Thanks!

Any launch date that has been discussed yet during the Auto Expo? Atleast a time frame would help me in holding onto my purchase of XUV500 in 2nd quarter. Innova Crysta has been announced and it will be launched at the end of the year, which leaves me with only 2 contenders for my purchase.

Regards,
Rohit
