The 1st vehicle which comes to my mind is Polo! The car is styled amazingly well despite limited changes to it in the last 10 odd years. I think it can go for another 10 if they make the interiors more modern.
I also love the City & Civic 1st generation models. Both cars make me take a second look whenever they pass by on the road.
And not to forget Thar - the iconic Indian vehicle. Just love the proportions and the raw look. In it's latest avatar its become slightly more sophisticated, but the core DNA remains in the styling.
How did you forget this !

That's on a world level.
In the indian car scene and cars that are sold here and plying on our roads. We have a big enough market to see what we have and what we do not.
Here are my top ten:
10. Fiat Palio
09. Chevy SRV
08. Baleno Altura station wagon
07. Palio Adventure
06. Fiat Linea
05. Maruti Gypsy
04. Tata Sierra
03. Tata Safari Dicor
02. HM Contessa
01. Honda Civic 8th Gen
I came across a well-maintained copy of the Opel Astra 1.6 NZR in silver shade, today in the morning. My eyes remained latched to this beautiful machine in admiration and I could not help taking them off, howsoever. I do admit that the design has not faded even after 20 years and can turn heads wherever she goes. This car definitely deserves a mention in this thread.

OG jelly bean Zen. That car progressively went bad every iteration.
OG Honda City
Gypsy
These cars are absolutely gorgeous. They look classy in every decade:
Fiat Linea and Punto
HM Contessa
Original Ford Fiesta
HM Ambassador
The earliest Bolero
Gypsy
Tata Sierra
'Ageless Beautiful Car' launched in the Indian Market and still relevant, One word. VW POLO ! When was this first launched in India ? 2009 or 2010 ? This car is still going strong. Looks beautiful and is still a powerful hatch. Managing to stay relevant more than a decade with the same design albeit as few cosmetic changes here and there is what gives this car the tag of 'Timeless'!:)
Perfect Proportions !
Apart from the Civic (a personal favorite) and a few others mentioned already, here are a few that come to my mind are:
1. The Pajero/Montero:
For me, it doesn't get anymore timeless than this. Boxy looks, spare on door and not a single bad angle externally are matched with capable hardware under the hood. I like the older one better than the newer one that was sold as the Montero here and was recently discontinued worldwide.
Source Source 2. The 2012-16 Fortuner (1st gen facelift):
Again for me, the facelift still seems the most eye-catching and 'get out of my way' vehicle among all Fortuners that have been on sale here. Coincidentally a cousin owns a TRD automatic.
Source 3. Entry and mid level sedans from 90s and 2000s
The Daewoo Cielo
The Mitsubishi Lancer and Cedia
The original Honda City and Accord
The Maruti Suzuki Esteem and Baleno
The original Toyota Corolla and Camry
They do not look eye-catching but are quite proportional unlike most of today's sub-4 meter sedans. I can imagine them to not be out of place on roads 20 years down the line.

Wow! That is a treat to the eyes. For most people, Rapid's resembles an Octavia due to the new grille. But for me it is the rear which makes it a baby Octavia. I just love the rear of Rapid, it reminds me of the rear of the original Octavia be it VRS or the normal one.
The Punto and Linea before they wore high heels, were a treat to look at. The low ground clearance gave them a proper stance.
The Volkswagen and Skoda Cars appear to me timeless beauties. I still find the 1st version Skoda Octavia or the 1st version VW Polo still appealing. The straight lines and the panels devoid of (excessive or more than required) curvatures are pleasing to my eyes and the exterior designs appear contemporary, even in comparison to new launches and designs from MG or Kia.
The one that got away. I still drool whenever I see this car and miss mine.
The BMW Z4 had some wonderful, sculpted lines.

The Old Fiesta looks lovely even after all these years. Have had it for 15 years now.
