I also had the issue, no order number/receipt recieved after payment success. Browsing through the top right menu options I then went to the grievance redrressal section, clicked on submit against Grievance, entered vehicle number and clicked on Go.the subsequent screen had an auto populated form with the order no# so I copied that and then from the top right menu option selected Reprint Reciept which then downloaded the reciept pdf for me to save. Hope this helps.

I too faced the same problem. Amount was deducted but confirmation message wasn't received.
Gave a call to their customer care number. They confirmed the transaction was successful and order number will be received by text SMS and email ID within 24 hours.

I purchased a second-hand i20 (2021), and the dealer listed the car with their own font number plates instead of HSRP. They assured me that they would get me HSRP right at the time of purchase, and stupidly enough, I believed them. After purchase, they went blank.

Now, I am stuck with a car without an HSRP, an unresponsive second-hand car dealer, and little recourse.

I am trying to get the HSRP on my regional site, and this is the error I get:
> Vahan Response: Vehicle details available in Vahan but OEM/Manufacturer (Homologation) of this vehicle have not authorized you for the State/RTO of this vehicle, please contact respective OEM.



In other TeamBHP threads, people mentioned they got this error for older vehicles whose maker was registered as Other. However, I checked Vahan, and my vehicle details are proper, and my vehicle is not old.



I am a bit lost about what to do next. Any advice? I see a dead end with my second-hand dealer. Should I approach a Hyundai showroom for guidance?

I am getting a message saying:
"Order not Allowed due to Vehicle Registratioin Date is after , Place Order from Dealer Point".
Does anyone know what am I suppose to do?

I was able to book an appointment for next month and have made the payment. Keeping fingers crossed. I hope they look good and there is no drilling etc in the car body etc.

Guys, I have a small update. As no confirmation was received via SMS or email. I contacted customer service today and received the order details.

Logged into the HRSP website and clicked on Track your order status. Entered the order number and received an order confirmation receipt along with appointment information.

Anyone knows how to update the mobile number on the RC? It's not allowing me to book an HSRP for my motorbike since the mobile number as per parivahan website is an old one, and the link to change the mobile number based on Aadhar doesn't seem to work, the page just doesn't load after input of the vehicle details.

Has anyone ordered and received HSRP in Pune, Maharashtra?
I ordered one online on bharatmyhsrp website. However, even after 20 days I haven't received any. This website appears fraud as the contact email id given is bouncing mails. There is no contact number given and track my order does not work for the order id generated.
I enquired with my Ford dealer, but he is clueless on the same.

I again ordered online via MHHSRP, which fetched my details based on mobile number linked to Digi wallet, I paid the amount but after payment was done, page displayed invalid order. No order id generated.

Can someone guide, how do I get it for my MH12 registerd car?

Hi, Rosmerta is the vendor for MH12 RTO.

I hope you would have already but did you raised grievance or submitted inquiry through this link? Order id isn't mandatory.

Also, use laptop if possible for raising order. The website doesn't seems optimized for mobile browser, at least the one for MH-14(Real Mazon vendor) wasn't.

Even my corner shop is advertising HSRP plates.

Local shops may be supplying HSRP look alike plates which have similar fonts and even hologram but no serial number. They won't be able to provide windshield sticker (called the third plate). In short, such plates are fake and not the RTO authorized/registered plates. Please buy HSRP plates from authorized vendors only. Also, note that the plates have to be mounted securely using rivets and not screws/bolts.

Yes, I did. I used the link provided in the below thread.

The process was straight forward and at the end, it generated an appointment pdf. I could only select a date one month out. So will get the harp plate in first week of Feb.

Also, I ordered the plates from my mobile device, did not face any issues

You are right. But they may get away with that since AFAIK selling generic number plates is not illegal. It's up to customer to decide if they believe these are genuine HSRP or just ordinary plates.
