| ![]() Hi, I know some threads are existing on embossed number plates, But this is different. I have to replace the Number plate in my XETA, So I thought of checking out with Utsav Plates-from whom I had my Lancers plate replaced once. According to their Website they say that by 31 May,2007 all cars in delhi have to get High Security Number Plates. I did recall reading a few months back that the plan was in making, Any idea on the authenticity of the claim. Although I'm keen on getting it done-I fear it may come at a premium cost, since its not yet mandated. Any clue how much does a regular Embossed Number plate cost in Delhi and Where ? india, manufacturers, suppliers, anti theft number plates, high security registration plates, counterfeit proof number plates EDIT: Adding some more info about these plates: Quote:

Team-BHP Support ![]() ![]() | ![]() Thanks for that link. Was wondering where to get this done in Mumbai. Sent them an inquiry, to which they responded within 5 minutes with a call. Just wonder if the front plate would fit correctly on the Octi's bumper. He said he's bringing me a sample tomorrow. |

The non-removable snap lock is designed in such a way that once you fasten the plates on using them, you need to shear the tops off them and they can never be unscrewed/removed after that. | |

Team-BHP Support ![]() ![]() | ![]() Hey gordon. Thanks for that snap. I think I may go for the bike numberplate for the front bumper (if thats allowed that is). Just a thought. If this is compulsory for bikes, how the heck am I supposed to fit that on my ZZR!?!? maybe the Govt. should be like the rest of the world and do away with front plates on 2 wheelers.
