I think another variant of Scorpio has been launched very recently - in the past week or so. It is called Scorpio EX and comes fitted with m2dicr engine. I think this has been introduced to replace the M2DI version.

Ok thats good . The sensors used are direct or indirect . If its direct then the sensors are internal ones (fitted inside of the rim) or external .

Note :- I have decided to buy one before diwali. Model should be LX or SLE.

Not soon, however, there were rumours floating around of M&M working a lighter Scorpio, codenamed T026, wherein its stated that they are working on reducing 150 kgs off it. However, no other reports on the same have been made.

For now, they will be focusing on he launch of the XUV5OO and the mini Xylo (?).
