Indigo CS is only TDi :Frustrati They want to Milk the consumer in every corner.

The Dicor option after two year, the Quadrajet in 4 years
I think FM need to pass a bill for Tax benefit for Euro 5 engines or Ban TDis now.

The new Indica look more like a beast !!
Good !!
But I don't like the console placed in the center of the dashboard.

The Indica pics are located at http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/2008-a...cs-thread.html

the 3.0 liter in the xenon xt is the same as the previous dicor engine right?

yes....thats where tata tries to reduce manufacturing costs and get more profit by selling it at higher price....

I guess the market to which the Xenon caters is still very small, though if someone can open it up, its Tata.

The Scorpio Getaway was also launched last year, not too sure how well its doing. The Xenon though looks a lot better and is a lot more appealing.

I guess they are trying to keep costs low to make it cheaper than the regular Indigo.

I believe its the world's shortest sedan.

What happened to the New Indigo Sedan that is supposed to be under development and was to be shown at the expo?

Here are some pics, for what its worth:

Thank You @a for the providing the release. Tata has now come a long way from where it started. Looking back, Indica was surely a head turner for its looks when it was first launched, but the cars failed to perform after 50000 km, there were more frequent repairs coming up and it was becoming terrible. Now the sumo grand lookss superb and so does all the new variant, Congrats Tata for the relentless hardword and research.

There was also a Winger Executive, available only on order. Features 5 captain's chairs inside + a table, refridgerator, tv screen etc.

It looks like it might be a DC job.

Streer

Great Job man, did you have a peak inside the winger executive, how does it look, also what is it priced like.

This looks better than the present Indigo. But aren't those wheels smaller for the arches?
