Great scoop @Sidindica!
The car looks cool and coming from the Tatas it will definitely be a great value for money.

The difference between TCIC & Dicor is 50+K, so i guess the difference between TCIC & Quadrajet would be 75 to 80K. So TCIC is the trump card from the tata for pricing part.

Later they may introuduce the 1.4 Dicor or 1.5 Dicor (for New indigo).

They wants the media to shout about the Swift VDI replacement with on road price less than VDI's - 5.85L (in Bangalore). anything above 6 lac version will send wrong signal to the customers. ABS. Alloys & Dual airbag version will be introduced in 2 or 3 months leter i guess.

Well, the car looks very well proportioned. The lines are taut and the whole design seems to gel very well ( though I too am not fond of the vertical tail lamp clusters)

I noticed in one of the pictures that the footwell for the driver seems very spacious and well laid out (the gap between the clutch and brake pedals etc.). If they have been able to get the ergonomics right this time, it would be a very significant improvement. Again in the same picture, although the A-pillar looks broad, it doesnt seem to induce too large a blind spot.

The car looks good & if the fit & finish is good it could be a big success story for Tata.

Did any one notice that the picturess look more unreal as in CG types than actual car pictures?

Great looking car, I'd say! The dreary interiors of the Indica have really been given a major facelift. I don't like the centrally mounted speedometer, though it looks far more appealing than the current one that juts out of the dashboard.

Brilliant! just saw the thread today. This is really an exclusive preview ! Thanks for putting it up.

I like the look of the car, fingers crossed, if Tata can do decent quality levels then it`ll be a very very cool car. And that is a BIG statement. Outside of the Safari, the Tata`s havent made anything that is even remotely cool.

Cheers

Trust me dude. I have seen the Indica V2 and vista being tested back to back on old mumbai-pune highway.
The newer Indica looks huge and at the same time gorgeous as well.
put in some good shades and it will easliy be the smartest hatch on road (atleast till the GP comes out).
