So basically if Hyundai does not go completely bonkers on the pricing, I am looking at my new car

Btw: How are Apollo Acelere tyres? Any owner's reviews?

But this price will make the asta version almost the same as the punto emotion pack, that'll be bad news for fiat, and for me.

I've been using them on my car for a while now, and i am really satisfied with it. And the thread stays like forever! ride is good, and grip is quite decent too.

The Asta CRDi version will have all the goodies of Asta Petrol except the ABS. The Asta (O) will have ABS, 6 Airbags and Sunroof.

@autophile- Are you certain about this ?
The asta will have airbags but no abs, that's quite strange.
Would there be an asta with abs or will only the asta(o) have abs ?

Could this version be for the export market or a test vehicle?

There is a chance for the above car to be a test mule or some kind of pre-production version. Or, it could be a version for the export market. The Hyundai i20 is manufactured only in Chennai.

Hyundai should not mess with the feature list of Magna, Asta, Asta (o) in the CRDi.

Asta Petrol should be = Asta CRDi in term of features!!

With the launch of 1.4 CRDi i20, they should either stop the tin box Getz CRDi or reduce its price or add ABS and airbags.
