Is there any change in the manner in which the pedals are placed in the Punto?
Or is it because of the pics that the footwell does NOT look cramped?

Fantastic pics GTO. Was waiting for the FIAT thread. The Linea T-Jet is surely going to rock if they price it right. With the 200nm torque and 108 horses, this is one car I would simply love to drive. Any news on pricing? I read somewhere it is 9.4 OTR. Is it ex Delhi? And do we also get Dualogic AT with T-Jet?

The alloys on the Punto sport look super. Somehow I dont like the red stitching on the leather. Doesn't go well with it.

What is that box like thing in the puncture repair kit in Punto CNG?

Big Thanx to GTO...

The much awaited Fiat Details.
Any new cars from the stable announced?

What about the revamped Palio? Is it on the horizon??

GTO & Rehaan, Thanks for the per manufacturer coverage.

Even I wonder why they call the Punto as Sport, its only 85 bhp (thought it was 90). Does this mean that they will not fork the 1.6 MJD or TJet into the Punto?

The sunroof looks snazzy however the alloy design doesn't work for me.

I guess Fiat will be positioning this against the i20 Asta (O) version.

@GTO, is there a difference in the General Fit & Finish of the interiors of the Linea & Punto ?

Have they improved the quality of the plastics to justify the recent hike in the prices ?

The CNG Punto's space saving concept is good.

A touch of red in the interior and alloys of the Punto Sport looks good. Hope they give us the alloys too. Any idea if the issue with gearing was solved? ( in-gear acceleration).

Also, is there a change in leather for Linea? The one pictured looks plusher than what I have seen.

Good Idea to get the Punto sport, can't figure out just why the punto's are not flying off the shelf, I guess though a good vehicle in the segment it operates in pricing is key, maybe then can take a leaf from chevrolet, on the beat and spark, and go aggro at it's end.

I think the strategy by FIAT should be succesful. Punto with more power , alloys will increase the numbers. Additional numbers of even 300-400 should be fine after the products settle in.

Linea T Jet is whoop everyones tushi man. agreed its just 110PS but with more pulling power than ANHC its gonna be a good competition. Lets see how it fares now. FIATS giving the japs and koreans something to think about, just like TATA. Kudos to both.

@1.5L premium, the linea will enter the H.City's top segment - i worry for the fiat. With its current (relatively abysmal) support level can they sustain the competition. I wish they do, linea is a good car. Also the rated power is 108BHP against the earlier claimed 120BHP

Good pics there GTO:

The Linea T-jet is sporting 205/55 R16 Goodyear Eagle NCTs so finally the 16" inchers finally made it to linea.

Punto Sport is sporting a 205/50 R17 Pirellis. Thats a bit

the torque figure is high for the T-jet. its 200Nm. and for ANHC is just 148Nm. (guys correct me if i am wrong). with the turbo in place driving will be more fun and so will be the accelaration
