Your Next Car?

We've had threads on our previous cars, family-owned vintage cars and even our dream cars (exotics and more).

Realistically, what is going to be your next car? Some amongst us may be waiting for that perfect car to be launched, while others may be saving up, and yet some more would have their own reasons (relocation, marriage etc. ) to wait. But which car, tentatively, is it going to be?

I am sitting on the fence for the next sedan that I want to buy for personal use. The new C & 3 look too awkward for my taste, the E is on its way out and while the 5 is fantastic....I am not that keen on a bangled sedan. If only the Montero was better priced.

For family usage, we may zero in on the Innova.

What is going to be your next car?

Mine would be Swift Dzire Diesel.

I had booked the current Toyota Corolla but then saw the coming Corolla's pics in Overdrive and was sold immediately. Now the booking is cancelled and waiting for the new Corolla.

To beat the ever-rising petrol costs, I would go for the diesel version.

TOYOTA FORTUNER. Toyota please launch it. Otherwise another Innova after the present one gets old enough. (thats for the MUV/SUV)
Dont know what is going to replace the optra diesel yet. (hoping its going to be the 09 bmw 7 series diesel) {My dad's car}
As for my mom's wagonR god only knows. (mom is in love with this car she just does not want to upgrade)

I usually drive around in my mom's wagonR or the innova when I am in India.

I just baught a WagonR. The next is a good 4 to 5 years away. The next may be Safari if it is in production at that time.

But it is too early to speculate.

Mine would probably be a used Fiat Grande Punto. Obviously, I wont be getting it in India any time soon. I am going down to a different country.

A decent SUV for sure after 3-4 years. Will have to take a call at that time.
It would've been a CRV right now.

Definitely the Linea. Can't wait to get my hands on it , and my Dad is eagerly waiting for the Nano.

I want my next car to be Fiat Linea diesel. Will try to get A-star petrol or Nano petrol for inside congested city areas.

My personal new car would be the XENON.....when ever that comes out. A new car for every one to travel would be SAFARI 2.2/M-hawk, in couple of months.

Next up is another 525d to replace our C-class in Poona, after which I need to get rid of the old runners...

Endeavour is to be replaced by an SUV... which one? I am clueless... Although i like the Captiva, i am waiting for something better.

Most likely my Accord will be replaced with the New Accord.... although I might look to get somethign smaller instead this time.

GTO - Just get the damn 525d !! Haven't my reviews convinced you enough

Besides owning a BMW after a Merc feels so much more special !
