Harrie's Mivec is insane. Wheelspins from 2nd to 3rd, with two people and Advan Neovas!

Frankly speaking I think v1p3r wanted to entertain the kids watching the race

He even waved once after spectacularly goin sideways through the "S" in and out

Nice fun. Great car. What amazes me is the ease with which the car took everything in its stride without missing a beat.

1.28 was the best the mivec could do yday. The bridgestones at the rear were a let down. Well sort of. Bcas we were running Advan Neovas at the front. v1p3r tells me its those "made in japan" batch of tires and are freaking awsome

Harrie's mivec was superb, ya it was over steering a lot but still was a class apart.
I got to drive the mivec for a few laps and believe me it was a gr8 experience.

What short loop? We used the regular track + a bus stop chicane. While the Mivec was insanely fast, the overall timing was not much better than other cars owing to the suspension setup. Am sure, with a proper setup (and replacing that faulty bearing...) and some clean driving, Harrie's car would surpass 1:26 (or) 1:25?

It was fun guys... watch the other thread for pics and videos.

Oh yeah, i got confused between the Kari and Chennai long loop lap times. BTW, whats the lenght of the Kari track (including the bus stop chicane).

And what happened in the 1/4 mile event?

Highlight of the event

Food for everyone on the track - INR 200

Food for me, vikram and 2 friends - INR 271

Sriram, the way the car was oversteering there was no way to keep it clean. Thatz why my lines were so clean and I was clocking 1.40s
