It's been officially announced that the next drag will take place on 3rd & 4th October.

Don't mean to go too off topic, but was just about to ask this in the Deccan II thread. Any idea if one of these will be happening in Dec. or Jan? I'll be in Hyd then and would love to attend one..

yes, 4th leg will be held in 4th Quarted, but am not sure of dates.

Does anyone have an idea on what sort of participation is expected this time ?
Some locals are informing of mass participation but I am not too confident about it.

There is a lot of local enthusiasm. I hope the outstation entrants are equally enthusiastic so that we can get to see a good event.

Also hope the timing system works and the organisers are transparent with the timings.

And also hope apmsc clears all old dues soon. Some winners are yet to get their prize money from the last event. The official photographer is yet to get his dues for the very first event.

Ok now, there's just a couple of days more left for this event. It's time for us at Team-BHP to take stock of how many of us would be there as participants and as spectators.

I hope we have more of our friends from Bangalore coming over for this event too.

So let the names come rolling in.

Suren..I will be there provided the rain gods stop showering what has been an incessant phenomenon last few days.
Weather man says rain till Monday.I guess we will have wet drag race and time to put those slick tyres.
