I doubt it is a Pontiac, it is something far more oddball, possibly East European.

Maybe its the abovementioned car with replaced fenders (hence the requirement for separate headlights)? Or it could just be a custom job on a 1930s Hudson convertible.

ID 637 is a 1939 Hudson 112 Series 90 Convertible Coupe

ID 638 seems to be the Russian GAZ-2975 "Tigr".

GAZ-2330 «Tigr» - Russian multipurpose SUV (confused with his army version of GAZ-2975 «Tigr»).

History

The employer has the military UAE, providing for the development and manufacture of prototypes of the 60 million U.S. dollars. The first samples of Tiger HMTV were presented in Abu Dhabi at the International Exhibition of Weapons IDEX-2001. Cars like the customer, but as a result of a contract for the supply of the Tigrs and was not signed.

So in GAZ remains prepared and ready for serial production car. GAZ were collected several cars second series - with a different exterior and interior. They are called GAZ-2330 «Tigr» were presented at the MIMS-2002.

Absolutely right. Its a Hudson. Probably a 1939 Hudson Victoria Country Club Roadster.

See how similar the trunk, lights , fenders, emblems, placements, bumper and guards are to the 1939 Hudson Victoria Country Club Coupe.




But it is also very similar to the 112 Roadster....??!!
