Can't say about model, but I seem to be more and more convinced that it's a Daihatsu. Club?

ID:646 Thanks for your guesses.

Yes, as guessed, the car belongs to the Japanese kei class.

Sorry to disappoint you, but no one has got even the make correct.

It's a 1998 Honda Z.

Open-center Diskless wheel rim

Anybody notice this open-center disk-less wheel rim construction ?

Official Guess the car Thread (Please see rules on first page!)-opencentrewheelrim.jpg

Open-centre wheel-rims bolted directly to the periphery of the brake-drums.
Hub caps, directly capping the brake drum.

Which other cars have this Vespa scooter / Piaggio Apé Truk like wheel technique?

ID 649: 1940 LaSalle Coupe, of the time when LaSalle was a standalone GM brand and not a Cadillac sub-brand.

Sometime in 1999, Auto India featured a detailed article on this marque, spread over 2-3 issues. Dont remember who wrote it, but the detail and specifications were amazing. Karl, do you remember?
