Interesting one Wasif Bhai. At first glance, the fastback styling and semi-covered wheel arches seemed to suggest a 50s Hudson and Nash. But cant place the exact car. Lets see.

@Indrojit - Dont think its a LA Jolla Custom. That was an amazing concept with clean lines, not to mention that a concept would technically not find place on this thread.

Guys please try without looking at the postwarclassics website.

This is going to be an interesting car to ID Its not a Chevy, Nash or Hudson.

No its not a Chrysler or a Buick though it very much looks like one of these.

Please do keep trying. I myself was unable to believe what this car was when I first saw it.

Calling Ram..... Do have a look and a go at this please. I am sure you will enjoy it.

Something Italian maybe - coachwork looks typically Ghia. Very good looking.

I dont actually know what it is,but the rear section with the Air scoop on the back lid,it could be air cooled and looks very much like the engine lid from a VW type 34 Karman Ghia chopped about

First glance + car's big butt led me to think either Karmann or a Tatra but it was not

then the watermark - led me to the web site. Car had italian plates. Italians bought very few foriegn cars during that period. it certainly was no Ferrari or Maserati and Lambo's were not around. So it was either Fiat (too small for that), Alfa (car too dumpy for an alfa) or a Lancia (most probably!)

Looked under Lancia and....voila! Must admit it looks a bit yankee art deco especially from the front

Was this car with this body in serial production? I would think it is a one off coach build.
