I am a Hamilton fan but I feel its too early for him to go and make such statements. He should concentrate on his performance and team enhancement. I hope he keeps performing strong in the midfield and with a couple of podiums in this season he might be able to make the above statement.

The way Mercedes was overtaken by Vettel, Kimi and Alsonso seemed like they were overtaking back markers. Only difference was Hamilton was able to hold them up for some time because he didnt have the blue flag waving.

Well, it was sort of warranted, wasn't it? People have been going on and on predicting how many spots from the back he was gonna be, when he has in fact turned that number over from the front.
For me, it was sort of gladdening.

Mayank, I would wait till the year end results. One race of the year does not necessarily mean the Championship is won

People talk to make it more interesting for other people.

As they say, "koi farak nai penda"...

I am just glad that he is doing better than his predecessor, and also much better than what was expected. But i would still love to see him pull a 46 with the mercedes.

Re: The 2013 Formula One Season

Great start to the season with Red Bull, Ferrari, Mercedes, Lotus and Force India in the mix!
This season also looks set for epic team mate battles at Ferrari, Mercedes and Toro Rosso.

Red Bull are already whining about how they are being penalised for aero!
I'm sure it is easier to take off some aero rather than find more.

Sainsbury's CEO Justin King could be the new F1 boss - http://m.guardian.co.uk/business/201...oss-f1-rumours

King, who has headed the FTSE 100 supermarket chain for nine years, is a motor racing fan and there has been regular speculation that he could be a candidate to take over the wheel of Formula One.

Interesting read which gives an idea on how RBR sees Webber's potential. Seems unlikely that Webber would be driving for RBR next season.

Here is an article on Helmut Marko from a few years back:

I think Dietrich's line about loyalty to Webber is nonsense. This is business. You cannot have two superstars in one team, if you do who's going to be no. 2 driver ?

This is like what Montezemolo said about Alonso and Vettel in Ferrari, that would be counterproductive.

I think Bernie was being cheeky when he said Dietrich is a "honest and straightforward " person .

Yay! Grand Prix weekend is finally here.

Heart in the mouth moments for Eric Boullier. Kimi having fun during the break! He owns the team.

He might be referring to Kimi owning the bike racing team.

Edit: It seems like Kimi owns Ice1 racing team.

Re: The 2013 Formula One Season

Yes, it was founded by Kimi and his entry in 2011 WRC was under IceONE racing name in the Citroen DS3, the motocross team is news to me though

There is also a IceONE racing game on iTunes which features Kimi in a racing arcade game
