akrish01, that was in 2007. Alonso was in Renault in 2006.

I find it a bit funny that Massa is now furious with crashgate. His race was screwed by the Ferrari pit crew not the crash. He should learn to move on.

Massa will go on and on about it for years. I can't see him winning a WDC in the near future (if at all Ferrari win, it'll be the other car). He can do nothing but whine about ifs and buts

Btw, here's Hamilton's take on it and I think he's put it quite well

If Massa can outqualify Kimi, he can outqualify Alonso as well.

Why should't he complain? Even without crashgate Hamilton's championship win by 1 point was really suspicioius you watched how Jarno Trulli convinently let him pass on the last lap. Otherwise the title would have been Massa's.

Yes, I realized that after I left home. So, I couldn't correct it. Came back just now & found that you had pointed out my mistake.

More the others ramble on I admire Kimi more. There is no place for such disciplined and well mannered guy in this sport. He has kept his cool and has not complained about anyone. But it is only the brash that hog the limelight and the support of the fans with the label they are "exciting" and do much more to sport!

That was Timo Glock not Jarno Trulli .

Didn't we already have the same argument a while back? Can't see why Ferrari and Massa fans will go to any length to claim that championship. Glock was on dry tyres and well slower than Hamilton and couldn't have held him off if he wanted to (and I'm sure he did). McLaren gambled and they barely managed to get fifth that race but that's not the point. They certainly did win the WDC and won fair and square. Get over it pal.

Before the rain started to come down, Hamilton was ahead and had the WDC lead in control. So are you suggesting the rain was also part of some conspiracy?

Renault crashgate was a scam!

If not for this brazen act, Massa would have won the WDC fair & square!

Past is the past. Hamilton won the championship that year and thats it.
Future is : Will ferrari be that competitive for the next season.
When Schumi got into a ferrari they took about 2/3 seasons to get it right.
Now that they've got it all wrong this season, how much time will they take to bounce back.
This is starting to look more like Formula mercedes than Formula 1.

Oh was that you? supporting Lewis. No wonder

If you have ever driven an actual race, you might know a thing or two about defending a position. The conditions were changing and everyone was on different tires.

I have also read the same autosport website where they talked about rain and tires and crap but I am able to see whats going on and come to my own conclusion. The Toyota guy did not even try to go fast. He pretty much pulled over and let Lewis go by. Could have easily defended his position if he wanted to.

The c'ship was pretty much gifted to Lewis by Timo or whoever was driving that Toyota. Hope you can live with that pal.

If past is past then FIA would not have suspended Flav and Pat
