Seems that way. But, 15 races to go. Anything can happen.

Really , Lorenzo is way too aggressive for Rossi to get over him !!
Every lap , every corner , its inch to inch for Lorenzo , and once he get pass Rossi , then the gap increases !!! .. :(

Very good race. Perfect day for Lorenzo and 1st consecutive win in MOtogp. What a fight for the 3rd and 4th Position. Pedrosa was glued on the position until the last lap Dovisiozo and Nicky made the move.

@Elan, beautiful pic of the "Doctor" going down

I am unable to sleep properly because Rossi is 2nd. Knowing him and his determination it won't be a surprise to see him turn the tables and he winning the championship this year as well.

I am even more pained to see the competition is coming from same stable.

Whatever happens, he is still god of MotoGP. And, looks like Jorge will take his mantle looking at the almost identical determination that he too has.

Mixed feelings towards Rossi winning. Last race too his practice and qualifying were good but problem during the race. Lorenzo is fastttttt.

Rossi has a serious injury due to a crash in FP2. Broken leg apparently.

Lorenzo held up a nice banner for Rossi, which reads:

"Vale, Everybody can feel the pain, but everybody can not be a legend"

Nice one, I say. Indeed, love him or hate him, MotoGP is not the same without Rossi. Hope, he recovers soon.

What a boring race! Hardly much action there.
  1. Pedrosa
  2. Lorenzo (after thwarting an attempt by Dovizioso).
  3. Dovizioso.
Dovizioso notched up several places but other than that, hardly much action. If at all, there was good tussle between C. Stoner/M. Melandri/RDP for 4th position. Nicky Hayden crashed out.

Really sad about everything. Rossi the man has such great respect, the race started with a phone call from him indeed. Lorenzo has my vote for winner this year.

Finally, a richly deserved win for Pedrosa. Stoner just doesn't look very confident right now, except at the end of the race when he became his old self. Too bad about the Rossi, though.

Come back soon Vale!

I think Mugello 2010 was the first DNS of his career right from the 125 cc days.

Get well soon Doctor! MotoGP is not the same without you.
