Any other rider? Maybe if there names started as Valentino Rossi, Agostini, Lawson, Sheene, Hailwood, Bayliss, Fogarty, Rainey, Gardner.

I will end this debate and we shall see how good Spies is on a factory ride next year and we all know where he stands in his rookie year on a satellite Motorcycle, ahead of Hayden(a Moto GP champ) and he may pip Andrea in championship standings by the end of the season. maybe the best a rookie can manage in his (full) debut season.

For reference--Andrea on a slower Motorcycle was a two time 250 runner up.

Ok. I admit I am not a big follower of Bike Racing. Watch MotoGP though regularly and I only commented based on what I see. I am neither a fan of Spies or a hater of Dovi. Just said what I did just comparing Pedrosa and Dovi and a few memories of Dovi being a bit ragged before also.

Looks like Dani is out for the rest of the season.

Dani has had a FP1 crash. Left leg was trapped underneath the bike as he slid into the gravel trap. Taken to the medical centre on a stretcher.

3 Fragment fracture to left collarbone. Sigh! There goes the rest of the season...

Seems like an easy championship win for Lorenzo. First Rossi crashes and misses a few races, now its Dani's turn.

This year has really been horrible for bike racers. It's a dangerous sport all right but this year there have been too many incidents.

Reg. Lorenzo. I think the guy deserves this year's championship.

He def deserves it, but its turning out to be a very boring championship battle, for all the wrong reasons. The F1 season on the other hand, is a very good example of an exciting championship.

Go Ducati. Looks like Stoner is finally getting his head together. Any more doubts on whether a healthy Rossi is better than Lorenzo? Rossi is on a different league. I'm really curious to see if Lorenzo can win a championship after this year. And an other credible finish by Spies. Next year can't come soon enough.

At one corner, Rossi's knee actually hit Lorenzo's shoulder.
It was a wrestling match at 200kph.

Oh! what a duel between the 2 Yam boys.

All I need is a fit as a fiddle Doctor for the next season and at least one more win on the M1.

My respect for Rossi's riding has grown even further. And Lorenzo has gotten more and more stronger. i guess the best battle for this season between the two amazing riders.

Die Hard 46!
