Yup, thats why Team RB is angry with Webber. Webber had done nothing wrong as a racing driver trying to defend his position.

Hope this doesn't turn into another "Alonso-Hamilton-Mclaren" scenario for the remainder of the season. RB will suffer heavily.

It would be a coded message though. Hence, the theory that Red Bull asked Webber to let Vettel through will be an unproven one. Red Bull cannot admit to it since it would mean they used team orders.But it doesn't mean it didn't happen...
