It is always like that with auto-shut off of fuel dispenser in Linea/Punto. I always see the pointer just below the full mark after tankful of petrol with auto-shut off. However, if it is manually filled up to the brim, then the pointer will be showing full mark or slightly above full mark with the risk of leakage of excess fuel through the air vent.

Car's done 50k. All is well (touchwood); solid (save for the rear parcel tray & front driver side door rattle). Will get the car serviced somtime next month. Expect a post on the same around then.
