automech free-flow installation process


step 1: removing the OEM cover


step 2: removing the OEM headers


step 3: OEM headers removed


step 4: fixing the 4x2x1 mild steel headers

p.s. thanks to tsk for teaching me how to post pics using any host. imageshack, photobucket et. all never orked on my laptop. expect many more posts from me, now that i can finally use this

the same place i got my exhaust installed,nehru place...i saw lots of imported cars being repaired and painted at that local mechanic including e class and vitaras.

Hey Manveet, does the new exhaust have a 'cat' built in, or are you driving around without one?

if it would have one built in, the flow wouldn't be very free then, would it ?

dunno man, they sell the entire thing as a set for abt 12k.
what you can do is give automech in bbay a call and find out if they can send a zen muffler across to their dealer in delhi .. or you can call their delhi dealer directly .. Gaurav Grover : 9811225557.

@iraghava .. where is it in your OHC since you don't have headers installed? From what i remember, this has to very close to where the OEM put it cause the sensor wire length etc was an exact match. Not sure though .. so you could probably confirm.
