You know what such cars are called right ? RICER's in the rest of the world !!!!

As opposed to a RACER......since such "wannabe" mods are done to pretend to look fast and not be fast under the hood......usually done by Asians in the far east who eat a lot of rice.

Actually its not illegal as this word would not be in the rule book. The Cops dont know what the word 'cop' means. All the guy has to say in case they do know is that its his nick/pet/whatever name.
