Agree that this is a HAM Antenna. but in our God's own country, It is a practice by many wannabes to fix this to "enhance" the looks of the car. I bet 90% of them wont even know what on earth is a HAM Radio!

No offense to the owner of this ride but I guess the stock car needed much more down force and hence the spoil err! , I guess the speed is evident in the photo itself

, my phone camera didnt get ample time to lock in the target!

The car definitely reminded me of the Scooby Doo Mystery Machine. Car looked great, don't know what purpose the car serves though, could be a kindergarten van, as guessed above.

another use of that spoil err! is to hang the car to dry after a wash

I kinda like the retro Omni, if you see, it is actually executed nicely. It would look better if it was probably done to a Voyager or even a Tata Winger, but brings back the Woodstock feeling
