My Corsa's back. Faster and meaner.

So here's my Corsa. Back after some more mods and aesthetic changes.

Side View. All muscle.

Front View. Mean mean machine.

Now now, that's my fav.

Back View. Black monster.

The Magnaflow. My Bass machine.

A peek inside

The dash.

Dash 2

The rims

Under the hood. What really matters.

Mods: 4x2x1 free flow with Magnaflow race series end can.
Conical high flow air filter with plumbing.
Bored and polished throttle body.
Ported and polished head.
Ported and polished intake manifold.
FSE fuel pressure regulator.
Iridium cold plugs.
BP270 high lift cam from Piper UK.

Mods to come: Standalone ECU from Race dynamics.
Bigger injectors from Opel Astra.
High comp pistons.

Tell me what you huys think. Will soon upload videos of some runs, idling and revving the engine.

congrats adman! the pics look very good the alloys look great. what about the scoop on the hood - is it for the air filter? if possible get rid of the mudflaps (my opinion though)

Car looks neat from the outside. But...holy crap, look at the size of that air filter! enough to suck in a squirrel!

Yes, the scoop is for the air filter. The tyres are broad and they spill mud on the body. That's hwy the mudflaps. Otherwise, even I'd prefer an OE mudflap.

Thanx gkrishn. Will be putting it on the dyno after the ECU and pistons. Will post some figures after that. Am still looking for a 1.4 corsa from bangalore for the header setup.

I really appreciate the fact that you are doing something different. Not all would take the chance of modifying a Corsa. But hats off to you. Can't wait to see the dyno figs and hopefully see the car at Bombay when I come down for SR.

Also, any difficulties you faced? Sourcing parts? Installing? Mostly with reference to the cam. Do you have an adjustable cam gear? What pistons are you planning to use? What compression?

Hey Rahul, nice to see you here. Dyno figs should be out by Oct end at the most. I'll definately make it a point to meet up with you at the SR in Mumbai. Wll, I did face some difficulties but thanks to some friends who helped me source Vauxhall Corsa parts from UK. Installations were not that tricky as most of the parts were bolt on. Didn't get an adjustable cam gear as Piper guys said it's not that necessary with a 270 cam. The piston part is interesting though. My tuner called up a GM India guy from National Garage (Bombay GM dealer). Guess what? They have high comp stage 2 performance pistons for Corsa 1.4 right here. He said he'd arrange for it in a week. Will let you know the specs as soon as I get my hands on them.

PS: Check this out. Am trying my best to get this. The third package.
