Pure carbonfiber? whats that bro

We have prepegs which are light weight with high strength and heat resistant factor that used in racing which would cost around rs 1.5 lks.
or a cheap imitation from china which might cost 22 k. rs or a branded low strenght hood that should cost you rs 40k.

8k for CF spoiler is junk stay away

The Carbon Fibre Adhesive thread

Has anyone here used Carbon Fibre Adhesive sheets? (not the ones that look like Carbon fibre, but ones that are actually carbon fibre)

Few days back some dealer posted this link, if you want to know what I am talking about.

So please do post your experience / pictures with this material.

I will rate accordingly from 1 - 10 RATING (1 - bad, 10 - very good)

Product quality - 9 - near to perfect
Visibility - 10 - U need to see this in sunlight.
Molding - 7 - doesnt wrap in for too much for sperical surfaces.

Satisfaction - 9
Value for money - 9 (comparing with other carbon fiebr parts)
Packaging & instructions - 10 PERFECT

U need to heat & stretch the sheet with heat gun and apply to any surface

i second that!! wanted to use this on the grey silver dashboard of the safari as well as the door handles. that should help in making the cabin look and feel a little more upmarket with the leather in place as well.

also, how much has it cost you guys? sheet wise figures are fine as well.

2 metres should be more than sufficient. You could use one metre, but you would have to cut it and it really would look shoddy.

where in mumbai are these CF sheets available? I'm really interested in the black/silver one. I'd like to know the cost of a 1mx1m sheet if possible.

West and Vulken auto, pictures would be much appreciated, also how is the finish of these sheets? are they durable?
