Noidaboy, I have a similar setup in my Swift D but its a Pioneer unit. The person who installed it told me that I cant drive with AC on for long time with the LCD screen popped out as the AC vents blow cold air directly to the back of the LCD and it will damage the LCD. Any idea about this?

Is this a car PC?
I see Windows XP running on the screen.
What are the connectivity options?

Yes, it might. Not too sure. This is just a temporary FIX for testing etc.

Car PC is a major upgrade. 35K is VFM when compared to other car HU.
Did you get the Atom PC off the shelf from a store or you had to assemble it?
How about Internet connectivity?
Why don't you swap the slots of Screen & HU? That would avoid the screen blocking air vents.
