Boyz.....I have tried all the ones you have mentioned above...however, hard to find an honest mechanic these days. I would suggest one garage bang opposite BMS collge, basavanagudi - close to gandhi bazaar...he is a christian...forgot his name.

Thx dj7777, for now its gone to sharma from khar sv road.

Needs a lot of fixing upping, specially the electronics, battery dies if you dont start it for a couple of weeks.

Also, Mira road is totally off the beaten path for me.

How did you find the job quality there? Incidentally, if you're in the Khar area, Antony has a Bullet garage near SNDT college in Santacruz. He's your guy for major repair work, and he does Bullet mods as well. His workshop is in a narrow gully right of the traffic signal when you're going from Santacruz police station (aeroplane garden) towards Juhu Koliwada.

If you go further north on SV Road (about 200 metres after the Mithibai College junction), there's a workshop run by a chap called Sunil. He is not purely a Bullet specialist, but he does a decent job. Then there's Prem, who has a specialised Bullet workshop on Juhu-Versova link road. You can take your pick depending on your location — let me know if you need any help with any of these guys.

Anthony is well known... (It is to be believed that he had to replace his right Knee cap coz of the excessice use of tht leg to kick start the Bullets)
His brother David (nothing is wrong with his knees) is also good & is Located at Malal near Mit chowki (link road) a couple of signals ahead of Movie Time theatre.

Sharma is not exceptional but he knows his was around a bullet and is quite reasonable. He located the problem in less than a minute and it cost about Rs.150 to change the part including labour (part cost Rs.125).

I'm buying parts from Rajkamal, SV Rd, Vile Parle before milan subway - funny enough the enfield showroom in Bandra does not have spares and wants me to goto Alibhai Premji at Lamington Road, yeah right.

I've decided to put off chroming for now as with the paint it would cost quite a bundle (20,000) and I dont want to spend that much, I'm thinking of picking up another bullet...that would be better I think.

The best bullet mechanic i have experiences is 'Chottu' he is placed in tardeo, has his own auto garage.

I do believe that he knows what he is doing, and is absolutely truthfull.

He has restored a 1920 harley, used to own a 1948 bullet 350. He knows the bull inside out. thoroughly

@kph - I know this Nawaz guy when he used to work at Muneer's, care to tell us why he is your favorite no more? The dislike is mutual.

Bullet Mechanic in Trivandrum?

Guys please recommend a good Bullet Mechanic in Trivandrum (preferably inside the city) where i can take my bike to.

I need a honest, reliable guy and who's willing to accept my suggestions and not act like a know-it-all.

I need to get a general servicing done asap.
