Did you check the tappet clearance? I think it needs adjustment.

Also check the condition of the rocker arm roller bearing.

No sir, I haven't checked the tappet clearance using a Feeler Gauge but surely felt that it was a bit too tight.

Roller Bearing for the exhaust rocker arm seems to have a little bit of marks(visible in the picture) although it surely passes the finger nail test. The nail wasn't getting stuck so I guess the marks are very minor.
