yeah i agree with you, zma is in a different segment altogether....and the pulsar is its closest competitor.

N I never said pulsar was a bad bike. its the one tht appeals to the masses while the zma caters to the few who care to spend that much money...though they have decreased the price of the zma to 69990 ex-showroom bbay. Thts definately a good move.

Aditya, shravan, aah78, satish.... Guys, i'm with u.. I too am a die hard bullet fan.. Infact I learnt to ride a bike on my friend's machismo.. Boy it rock... The thrill of riding one is, well cant b put in words.. U goto ride it to feel it... Its sheer class... But I some how dont like the looks of the new machismo..
Acording to me(after riding them) I felt th Electra is no where close to the machismo... On the electra I could go only upto 105 kph but on the machismo I touched 120 kph once on the Koramangala ring road... Even the pickup too of the machismo is betta than d electra.. Wat say??
The machismo is ma favourite bike... *I love the RD350 too .. But I haven't got a chance to ride one...

try, 145 kg, 350cc, 40-53 bhp crotch rockets, maan, and wha happened to the shogun, The bullets, RXs?

Hey Rtech..Even I am more into sports than the cruiser models !!
Look at it this way...
A Engine design which has been intact for over 300 Years and still running and there is no doubts that riding this bike is like slicing butter when warm and ofcourse corners and revving up is nothing like it but if you are flyin on 90-100. You would see a 350 Standard cruising on 100 ....
I guess i would still love my sports !!

i think pulsar 150/180 is clear winner ( bikes u have listed, sadly u have not listed unicorn, bullet, RX,hyosung aquila), but personally i like unicorn because of it's smoothness and responsiveness, no other bike in india can match unicorn performance especially stability which is of prime importance in india. no..no.. no.. other bike can touch unicorn stability even pulsar 180 dtsi nor HH karizma. but overall pulsar 180 is clear winner with it's macho looks, nitro suspension, alloy wheels, 100/90 rear tyre ...........amazing, definitely no other company could provide these facility within limit i.e price. but everything cannot be provided so here what we see that HH karizma is much more smoother than pulsar but overall appeals in comparison to pulsar looses some points to karizma.

my basis for best indian bike is that it should not stall after being thrashed on road / off road and in this way the best is RX100 then Shogun, pulsar180.

if its economy mode should be CT100 Splendor

My heart was with Yamaha RX100 during my college days. However here in the poll it's Karizma of course. The poll would have become hotter if we had Enfield, Apache, Unicorn. How about Harley Davidson and MotoGuzzi, Now I am dreamin...

FYI RD is not the best its only the fastest indian bike. if put to test u will then know why the RX comes No 1 thru all the toughest rallying.
