Thats the Fazer 150. Basically a FZ-16 with a faring and twin headlights.

Hope you are well now.

The Fazer 160/150/155 is what that is. <yawn> Yamaha is trying real hard to get into those glorious days.

However, I'd rather see them bring the FZ1, its very big brother for a decent affordable price.

Yamaha Fazer coming. Picture included.

I was at my local Yamaha shop today (Chennai) to check on some parts orders for my RX. I was chatting up the guy on product launches and he said 2 new bikes were on their way. "200 and 250 coming sir" he said enthusiastically.

Before I dismissed his pronouncement as idle speculation, he showed me the parts catalog for a new "Fazer." I snapped a picture. When I quizzed him on the engine, he said "same as FZ."

Not sure if he knows what he is talking about in the engine department, but an FZ-1 look-alike is heading here shortly as confirmed by the parts catalog.

Wow , yamaha is in the right direction . That design will bring in some good volumes for them . Fantastic thought to have that half fairing . Looks delicious .
Only thing is missing is 250 cc - 25 bhp one in that design and it would have been super hit .

Awesome! Mono shock is it ? Has the top management changed ? We are seeing some serious action from the Yam side lately. After the RX135 things are picking up. 250cc is nice. Even better if they can give it with the R-15 body. Watch out HH. I'm not even talking about BAL here.

After some lull in from team Yamaha, they are now coming out with good models and making all the right moves. I am sure that they will do well, if they can keep their focus and serve their customers well.

Good one. This should be a pretty good hit with those looking to move up a segment!

Nitin, it still has the FZ's engine which is 150 cc. So it is not really a move up the segment.

PS - I thought you mistook it for the 250 cc bike.
