IMHO toppling, water getting inside the engine and tyre side wall bulges /damages are all user/driver errors

OBD-II is standard for all the cars after nineties. The tool and software are generic, it works on almost all cars. You just have to find your OBD-II port, which will be accessible distance from drivers seat, plugin the device, and you must be good to go.
